BASES DE PARTICIPACIÓN DE LA PROMOCIÓN “¡PREMIAMOS TU FIDELIDAD!”
 
1. Entidad Organizadora

1.1. La presente promoción está organizada por Callan School of English, S.L: con sede en Vía Augusta, 6 Bajos 08006 Barcelona y CIF B63257935.
 

2. Fechas de comienzo y finalización de la promoción

2.1. La fecha de inicio de la promoción será el día 25 de febrero de 2019 a las 00.00 horas y finalizará el día 15 de marzo de 2019 a las 23.59 horas. La fecha en la que se comunicarán los ganadores será el día 19 de marzo de 2019.
 

3. Condiciones de participación

3.1. Podrán concurrir en esta promoción todas las personas físicas que hayan sido o sean alumnos de Callan School of English – Barcelona, con excepción de los empleados de Callan School of English.

3.2. Será necesario que, dentro del periodo de la promoción, los participantes realicen una reseña indicando porqué les gusta aprender inglés en la red social que tiene la escuela en Google+ con el nombre de: Callan School Of English – Academia de Inglés

3.3. La empresa organizadora se guarda el derecho de no incluir en el sorteo a aquellas personas que no cumplan los requisitos de participación.

3.4. Para evitar participaciones de carácter fraudulento, la Organización se reserva el derecho de denegar la participación a aquellos perfiles susceptibles de ser falsos o duplicados y estos usuarios serán expulsados automáticamente de la promoción.

3.5. Se considerará nula la participación fuera de plazo, así cómo las que no incluyan los requisitos exigidos por Callan School of English para la participación.

3.6. Todos los participantes manifiestan y garantizan que autorizan el uso de su imagen y nombre por parte de Callan School of English en sus perfiles, exclusivamente en el marco de la presente promoción y con carácter informativo.

3.7. La participación en la promoción conlleva la total aceptación de las presentes bases de participación.
 

4. Valor y naturaleza del Premio

4.1. Se sortearán dos cursos extensivos de inglés (Callan 30) – Trimestre Primavera 2019 entre los participantes que cumplan los requisitos exigidos y en el plazo establecido se realizará el sorteo del que saldrán los dos ganadores. Igualmente se procederá a nombrar a tres suplentes.

4.2. El curso deberá realizarse exclusivamente durante el trimestre de Primavera 2019 y no podrá ser canjeado ni cambiado por otra convocatoria y tampoco será abonado el importe en metálico de su valor.

4.3. Cada participante podrá optar a uno de los dos cursos y no podrán recaer ambos premios sobre la misma persona bajo ningún concepto.

4.4. El sorteo será grabado en vídeo y estará a disposición de cualquier participante que desee verlo.
 

5. Notificación de los ganadores y entrega del premio

5.1. El premio se notificará por las vías que haya dispuesto el participante y de las que tenga conocimiento Callan School of English. Se harán públicas por la misma vía de publicación del concurso y a la finalización de éste tal y cómo se indican en el resto de las bases del sorteo.

5.2. Los ganadores y suplentes serán anunciados oficialmente en las redes sociales de Callan School of English y se contactará personalmente con ellos a través de estos medios. Si en el plazo de 48 horas no ha sido posible contactar con los dos ganadores o no se han puesto en contacto con la entidad organizadora, el premio pasará al primer suplente, si éste no responde en un plazo de 24 horas pasará al segundo suplente y si a su vez éste no responde en un plazo de 24 horas pasará al tercer suplente. Una vez agotados estos plazos, sin tener una aceptación del premio, éste quedará desierto.

5.3. Callan School of English queda eximida de cualquier responsabilidad en caso de existir algún error en los datos facilitados por el ganador o por los suplentes que impida su identificación o contacto.

5.4. Los ganadores será anunciados en las redes sociales que considere la empresa organizadora.

 

6. Identidad de los ganadores

6.1. La participación en la promoción implica el consentimiento expreso requerido en virtud de la Ley de Protección de Datos. En consecuencia Callan School of English estará autorizada a publicar la identidad del participante que resulte ganador, así como su foto recogiendo el premio.

6.2. La publicación de su identidad será realizada con carácter gratuito, por lo que Callan School of English, no deberá abonar cantidad alguna por este concepto.
 

7. Protección de datos de carácter personal

7.1. Los datos suministrados por los participantes al registrarse en esta promoción serán tratados confidencialmente y recopilados en un fichero automatizado de datos de carácter personal, siendo Callan School of English titular y responsable de dicho fichero, con la finalidad de:

3.2. It is required that, within the period of the promotion, participants write a review on the social network that the school has on Google+ under the name Callan School Of English – Academia de Inglés explaining why they like learning English.

3.3. The organizing company reserves the right not to include in the draw those people who do not meet the entry requirements.

3.4. To avoid fraudulent entries, the Organization reserves the right to refuse participation to any profiles that may be false or duplicated and these users will be automatically excluded from the promotion.

3.5. Entries submitted after the deadline will be considered invalid, as well as those that do not include the entry conditions required by Callan School of English.

3.6. Participation in the competition implies total acceptance of these entry requirements.
 

4. Value And Nature Of The Prize

4.1. Two extensive English courses (Callan 30) this Spring Term 2019 will be awarded. The draw will take place within the established period and two participants who meet the entry requirements will be chosen at random. Three runners-up will also be randomly selected.

4.2. The course must be taken exclusively during the Spring 2019 term and can not be swapped or exchanged for another course period. The prize also cannot be exchanged for a cash alternative.

4.3. Each participant may choose one of the two courses and both prizes may not be awarded to the same person under any circumstances.

4.4. The draw will be recorded on video and will be available for any participant wishing to see it.
 

5. Notification Of The Winners And Awarding Of The Prize

5.1. The winners will be notified through the channels that they have set up and of which Callan School of English has knowledge. The identity of the winners will be made public by the same means of publication as the competition and the finalization thereof as indicated in the rules of the draw.

5.2. The winners and runners-up will be officially announced on the social networks of Callan School of English and will be personally contacted through these media.
